Meet your Counsellor

Counselling with Alison began over a decade ago.

Coming through a difficult transition period in having to change my career, going back to study later in life. I had to find what brought me a sense of joy and reward. I knew I wanted to be a facilitator of change for people too. I wanted to be able to show them that they could also overcome difficult periods in their lives by implementing what I knew were proven techniques to bring about change.

Having now worked with many amazing people, I am blessed to say, ‘I feel so grateful to see how they can feel empowered and have a renewed sense of control over their own lives again.’

In 2021 I have began to change how I work in my business to meet the demand of those who wanted to work with me. As there is only one of me and noticing that I could not help everyone whilst working one to one, I have now created 3 amazing programmes to enable change through personal and business growth. All 3 programmes are a hybrid method of working with me.

I have now created 2 amazing Mindset Reset programmess, which allow people to work through a foundation program and then a hybrid 10-week program.
